ARC
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a group established by the Association to help preserve and enhance the overall appearance, value, and consistency of our community. The ARC is responsible for reviewing and approving any exterior modifications or improvements made to homes within the community to ensure they comply with the Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCCRs), as well as the Rules & Regulations.
This review process applies to a variety of projects, including but not limited to exterior paint changes, landscaping modifications, roof replacements, structural additions, and any other visible alterations to a property. The purpose of the ARC is not to restrict improvements, but to ensure that all changes align with community standards and maintain a cohesive neighborhood appearance.
ARC meetings are held on a monthly basis, where submitted applications are reviewed and considered for approval. Residents are required to submit an ARC application and receive written approval prior to beginning any work. This helps prevent potential violations and ensures that projects proceed smoothly without delays or compliance issues.
If you have any questions about whether a project requires ARC approval or need assistance with the application process, please contact the Management Office.
